Gold Coast Attractions

The Diecast Model Expo on the Gold Coast, Queensland is definitely attractive enough for any diecast model collector, but what about the family?

There is lots to do on the Gold Coast and that’s why it would be best to stay a little longer and make a family holiday of your trip to the Diecast Model Expo. The Hotel Grand Chancellor adjoins the Centro Surfers Paradise shopping centre. Here you can find groceries at Woolworths and for dad, the finest whisky in BWS, or simply have a beer at the Surfers Paradise Tavern. For the kids, Timezone is the place to be with dodgem cars, a bowling alley and arcade games galore. All this in the same building complex as your hotel.

If you want to explore, hire a car and take a drive to many of the idyllic locations in the Gold Coast region or experience a bit of retail therapy at the many shopping centres in the city. Or why not learn to surf or enjoy a romantic dinner? Whatever you fancy, the Gold Coast has something for everyone.
